Lucy Roberts hails from Rochester, NY--unceded Seneca land--and now lives on unceded Lenape land in New York City. Thrilled to join Shakespeare in the Woods for her first season, she trained at William Esper Studio with Bruce McCarty and Judith Grodowitz and at Shakespeare & Company with Tina Packer, Dennis Krausnick, and Karen Beaumont (in loving memory.) A frequent collaborator with Randomly Specific Productions, Pigeon Theater Company, and New Ambassadors Theater Company, her recent credits include Slanted! Enchanted! (Sheen Center), Irregulars and Tight Five (Cherry Lane Theater), Katy and Jennifer vs the Flasher on New Year's (Theater for the New City), and All-American Sex Addict/Woke AF (American Theater of Actors.) Alongside facilitating theater from the booth, she has also lent her care and attention to audiences working front of house at Irish Repertory Theatre, Vineyard Theatre, and Geva Theatre Center.
