Akur Oryem is thrilled to be making her SitW debut! Akur is entering her second year as a graduate student at the University of Connecticut. Recent stage credits include Kelly in Pocatello at Connecticut Repertory Theatre, Lady Macduff and the Gentlewoman in Macbeth at Patio Playhouse, and Polina in Night Witches at North Coast Repertory Theatre (TS). During her undergraduate studies at Point Loma Nazarene University, she appeared in several productions, including Pride and Prejudice as Mr. Darcy and The Shakers of Mount Lebanon... as Sister Catherine.
